This page is the official Privacy Policy for the mobile game Fly Circle (iOS / Android).

Fly Circle (the "App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of the Republic of Korea where relevant.

This policy is published on our website (Firebase Hosting) and linked from the App Store, Google Play, and within the App.

When you visit this website, standard web service logs (such as access records) and analytics data may be processed by our hosting and analytics providers in accordance with their privacy policies, including Google's Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Sections 2.1–2.3 describe information collected through the mobile App. Section 2.4 describes information collected when you visit our website (game introduction page and this privacy policy page).

The App does not collect account registration details, real names, email addresses, phone numbers, or GPS location data.

You use the service through anonymous sign-in (Firebase Anonymous Auth) without creating a separate account.

2.1 Automatically Collected or Generated Information

The following information is automatically collected or generated to run the App, support gameplay, and provide leaderboards and statistics.

Identifiers

• Anonymous user ID (Firebase UID) — to identify users and link scores and profiles

Profile

• Auto-generated nickname — displayed on leaderboards

Gameplay data

• Score, play duration, attempt count, play timestamp — record keeping, leaderboards, and statistics

Device information

• OS (iOS/Android), OS version, device model, manufacturer, app version, locale, country code (from device settings), physical-device flag — service stability, fraud prevention, and statistics

Session

• Client session ID — prevents duplicate score submissions

Usage records

• First use, last login, and last play timestamps — service operation and statistics

Country code is derived from the device's language/region (Locale) settings, not from GPS or other location permissions.

2.2 Information Stored on Your Device

When the network connection is unstable, the following may be stored locally on your device to defer score submission:

• Pending score submission data
• Minimal gameplay progress data such as attempt count

This information is removed after server sync or when you uninstall the App.

2.3 Advertising and In-App Analytics Information

The App uses Google AdMob (banner and interstitial ads) and Firebase Analytics (in-app). Google and advertising partners may collect information such as:

• Advertising identifiers (e.g., Android Advertising ID, iOS IDFA — depending on device and OS settings)
• IP address, device type, OS, and app version
• Ad impressions, clicks, and other ad interactions
• In-app events (game start/end, score submission, screen views, etc.)

2.4 Website Visit and Web Analytics Information

When you visit our website (for example, the game introduction page or this privacy policy page), the following information may be collected automatically:

Hosting access logs (Firebase Hosting)

• IP address, requested URL, HTTP method, response status, referrer, and browser User-Agent — to deliver pages securely and operate the service

Web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

• Page views, approximate geographic region (derived from IP), device type, browser/OS, screen size, language, traffic source / campaign parameters (UTM), and session duration
• Interaction events such as App Store or Google Play button clicks on the introduction page
• Cookies and similar technologies (for example, _ga and related identifiers) used by Google Analytics to distinguish visits and measure usage

We do not use the website to collect account registration details, real names, email addresses, or precise GPS location. Website analytics does not link your website visit to your in-app Firebase anonymous account unless you separately provide identifying information to us (for example, by email).

You can limit analytics collection by adjusting your browser settings (for example, blocking third-party cookies) or using browser add-ons provided by Google. See Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and How Google uses cookies.

3. Purposes of Processing

We use collected information only for the following purposes:

1. Providing the game service — gameplay, score records, and attempt count management
2. Operating leaderboards — Daily Challenge, Infinite Today, and Infinite Monthly rankings (nickname, score, play information, etc.)
3. Improving service quality — error analysis, usage statistics, and feature improvements
4. Preventing abuse — detecting abnormal scores and duplicate submissions
5. Showing ads — banner and interstitial ads to support a free service
6. Operating the website — publishing the game introduction page, privacy policy, and AdMob app-ads.txt verification file
7. Website statistics and marketing measurement — understanding visit volume, traffic sources, and store-link clicks (Google Analytics 4)

4. Retention Period

Anonymous profile and gameplay records

• Retained while you use the App
• Deleted without undue delay upon your deletion request or when no longer needed for operation

Public leaderboard records

• Retained for ranking aggregation and display
• Daily leaderboards are managed by calendar date

In-app analytics and advertising logs

• Retained according to Google (Firebase Analytics, AdMob) policies

Website hosting access logs

• Retained for a limited period as configured by Firebase Hosting / Google Cloud infrastructure, then deleted or aggregated per Google's policies

Google Analytics 4 (website)

• Retained according to our GA4 property settings and Google's policies (event and user-level data may be retained for up to 14 months unless configured otherwise in Google Analytics)

Temporary on-device storage (App)

• Removed after server sync or when the App is uninstalled

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for profit.

However, processing delegation and cross-border transfers may occur as described below to provide the service.

5.1 Service Providers (Cloud, Advertising, Analytics)

Google LLC — Firebase (App backend)

• Services: anonymous authentication, data storage and processing, in-app usage analytics (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase Analytics)
• Storage regions (examples): Republic of Korea (asia-northeast3, Seoul) and other Google data centers

Google LLC — Firebase Hosting (Website)

• Services: hosting and delivery of the game introduction page, this privacy policy, and app-ads.txt
• Storage / processing: global Google Cloud infrastructure per Google policies

Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 (Website)

• Services: website usage statistics, traffic measurement, and event reporting (linked to the same Firebase / Google Analytics project as the App where applicable)
• Storage / processing: global Google infrastructure per Google Analytics terms and settings

Google LLC — Google AdMob (App)

• Services: ad delivery and measurement
• Storage regions (examples): global infrastructure per Google policies

We require processors to handle personal information securely through contractual and other appropriate measures.

5.2 Information Visible to Other Users

On leaderboards (Daily Challenge, Infinite Today, and Infinite Monthly top rankings), the following may be visible to other users:

• Nickname
• Score, play duration, and attempt count
• Play timestamp, platform (iOS/Android), and country code (for flag display)

Anonymous user IDs are not shown directly on leaderboard screens by design.

6. Your Rights

You may exercise the following rights at any time:

• Request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information
• Request restriction of processing
• Withdraw consent where applicable

How to request: Email yuri@yuri4u.net with the app name (Fly Circle) and your request.

Because accounts are anonymous, we may ask you to provide information needed to identify your records, such as your Firebase UID stored on your device.

Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data. To delete anonymous profiles and records stored on our servers, please submit a separate request to the email above.

Depending on your region, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA. We will respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable law.

For website analytics, you may also limit collection through browser cookie controls, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked in Section 2.4, or applicable device/browser privacy settings.

7. Children

The App is not directed at children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.

If we learn that information from a child under 14 has been collected, we will verify and delete it without undue delay.

8. Deletion of Information

When the retention period expires or the processing purpose is fulfilled, we delete information in a way that cannot be recovered or reproduced.

• Electronic records: permanent deletion or anonymization
• On-device storage: deleted when the App is uninstalled or after sync is complete

9. Security Measures

We take the following measures to protect personal information:

• Access control through Firebase Security Rules and server-side validation (Cloud Functions)
• Encrypted communication such as HTTPS
• Minimal identification through anonymous authentication
• No collection of unnecessary personally identifiable information (real name, contact details, etc.)

10. Advertising, Personalized Ads, and Website Cookies

The App displays ads through Google AdMob.

You can limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized ads in your iOS or Android device settings. Your ad experience may vary by OS and settings.

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads

Our website uses Google Analytics 4 cookies and similar technologies to measure visits and interactions, as described in Section 2.4. Where required by applicable law (for example, in the EEA/UK), we may provide additional notice or consent mechanisms for non-essential analytics cookies in the future.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

If this policy is added to, removed from, or modified, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.

If material changes are required by law or service changes, we will post notice on this page at least 7 days before the effective date. The privacy policy URL registered in app stores will remain the same; you can review updates on this page.
